It is therefore helpful for those planning for a girl to keep the testes warm but be warned that prolong wear of overly tight outfit may lower your sperm count so enthusiastically to the extend that no pregnancy is possible. As a general guide, tight-fitting outfits like jockstraps, wet suits and jogging suits are attires that could raise the temperature within the testes to the point where sperm count is reduced.
