LOW SPERM COUNT  


 

In your effort of trying to conceive a girl, number does matter. Low sperm counts will result in higher incidence of female offspring is a scientifically proven phenomenon. Low sperm count is therefore a critical factor that favors female conception and sperm counts can be easily affected by a number of factors.  

Contrary to trying for a boy and in order to conceive a girl, sexual activities should be intensified and to be conducted as frequently as possible. In fact, GenderLabs recommends sexual intercourse to be carried on a daily basis and if possible, from the time Menstruation ceases right up to the cut-off day ie. 4, 3 or at least 2 days prior to the predicted time of Ovulation. Another important factor affecting the sperm count is Heat. A warm environment will lower the sperm count and in some cases, rendered one temporarily infertile. Heat kills both types of sperm but it kills the smaller, less protected Y-sperm first. It is therefore helpful for those planning for a girl to keep the testes warm but be warned that prolong wear of overly tight outfit may lower your sperm count so enthusiastically to the extend that no pregnancy is possible. As a general guide, tight-fitting outfits like jockstraps, wet suits and jogging suits are attires that could raise the temperature within the testes to the point where sperm count is reduced. GenderLabs considers wearing tighter but not overly tight outfits an acceptable practice, however, no tight attires should worn for extended period of time and do not attempt any artificial means to lower the sperm count because that could be dangerous, counterproductive and often result in male infertility.
