Choose The Sex Of Your Baby Naturally and Scientifically

Basal Body Temperature (BBT) is the principle most important element in this chart, which in conjunction with Cervical Mucus (CM) made up the basis of Fertility Awareness Method (FAM). With this chart, you can visually see the entire picture of your body temperature, starting from the infertile phase (1) and the temperature will rise perceptibly as you ovulate as well as the temperature will stay at a much higher level once you have ovulated, typically comprised of 3 different movements representing the respective phase of your fertility cycle. You will see from the chart how does CM emerges and evolved in tandem with level of fertility and eventually turn into its peak conditions while BBT is also rising perceptibly during your ovulation. Other information include records of menstruation, intercourse, spotting and if applicable to you, confirmatory symptoms such as characteristics of your Cervix, Ovulatory Pain, Ovulation Prediction Kits (OPK) will also appear in the Symptoms Chart.
