Task
Task is a very
productive feature which you can use to manage your daily life effectively and efficiently.
Using task is easy and typically, it is used for ‘Things To Do’ type of
business eg. or 'Send Car For Maintenance'. Most measurable tasks are normally assigned
with a Due Date such as 'Prepare a business plan by September 15th'.
The
main difference between a Task and a
Reminder is that Tasks are generally not time-specific (can be day-specific
though) ie. businesses that does not require the system to remind prior to a scheduled time.
Another distinction is that tasks are classified into several categorized in
term of urgency as well as its completion status. Regardless
of the date and unless you choose to delete any of the tasks, all are displayed together
as a list where you can refer to in one glance at all times
