HIGH SPERM COUNT


 

 

In your effort of trying to conceive a boy, number does matter. Higher sperm counts will result in higher incidence of male offspring is a scientifically proven phenomenon. High sperm count is therefore a critical factor that favors male conception and sperm counts can be easily affected by a number of factors.  

For planning purpose, your sexual activities should be programmed to go in line with the rules of abstinence and it is advisable to abstain entirely from sexual activities from as early as possible during a fertility cycle. For those planning to conceive a boy and depending on individual conditions, GenderLabs recommends to have sex casually and a total abstinence on all sexual activity 4 days prior to the predicted day of Ovulation. If this particular condition poses problem to you, 3 days prior to the predicted day of Ovulation is the minimum. GenderLabs recommends to have sex only once on the predicted day of Ovulation.

 

Another important phenomenon affecting sperm count is Heat.  A warm environment will lower the sperm count and in some cases, rendered one temporarily infertile.  Heat kills both types of sperm but it kills the smaller, less protected Y-sperm first. It is there absolutely important for those planning for a boy to “keep it cool” at all times.
